Course Description: MB-260: Microsoft Customer Data Platform Specialist
Users with the Customer Data Platform Specialists certification implement solutions that provide insights into customer profiles and track engagement activities to help improve customer experiences and increase customer retention. In this course, students will learn about the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights solution, including how to unify customer data with pre-built connectors, predict customer intent with rich segmentation, and maintain control of customer data. This course begins with importing and transforming customer data and ends with extending the Customer Data Platform solution to Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications.
Public Profile
Candidates must have experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights and have first-hand knowledge of one or more additional applications of Dynamics 365, Power Query, Microsoft Dataverse, Common Data Model, and Power Platform. They should also have professional experience with practices related to privacy, compliance, consent, security, responsible artificial intelligence, and data retention policy.
