Candidates are expected to review logs and other data, infer the root cause of a problem, and provide a solution.
Candidates should have significant experience troubleshooting unified communications solutions with specific hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams. Additionally, candidates should have networking knowledge of Azure fundamentals, telephony, PowerShell, data storage technologies, APIs, application security, authentication and authorization, security reporting and compliance, debugging, performance tuning, and monitoring.
