To become a Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, you must have at least one of the following:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

If you don't have them, you would have to do them separately. In the first course there are two MD exams, the next four are about taking a course and an exam.

Specifically, for the
