Aim:

Through its courses, Nanfor Ibérica aims for students to acquire training and knowledge that, due to their profile, will be useful for their professional life. Therefore, our instructors plan classes with the aim of stimulating student learning. Our instructors impart knowledge so that the student can interpret it and give it their own meaning. This is our main objective: for our students to achieve meaningful learning, which can only be carried out through planned educational training based exclusively on the student.

The development of new information and communication technologies (ICT) has contributed to generating new supports, materials and new forms of communication, in addition to creating new telecommunications and training systems that favor communication over distance and, consequently, They enhance exchange and knowledge .

In recent years, the word training has become present in all areas (media, collective agreements, employment contracts). ICTs have also contributed to the progressive significance of training in organizations; They have revolutionized the way of providing training , providing alternatives and solutions to traditional face-to-face and distance training.

Indeed, if you are faced with a situation in which a large number of people in your organization must receive training in a certain key subject for the future of the organization and who, furthermore, are not in the same geographical location, you can design a face-to-face training action , but you can also propose mixed actions (blended learning) in which online training and face-to-face training share the work or, you can also think about providing the training action that is taught entirely online.

Methodology:

Nanfor Ibérica's training methodology is flexible and adaptable to the classroom context. Our instructors teach classes according to prior course planning. Therefore, in-person classes are developed according to a logical and regulated planning...

If we have a website, email, network information systems, an Intranet, that is, if we take advantage of ICT for the management of organizations, why not also take advantage of them for training?
