Knowledge management service for the design of training itineraries based on the main needs of the entity, levels of knowledge and profiles of the participants
In which the main blockers in technological projects are analyzed, they are compared with the courses and solutions offered in Azure.Microsoft, and a grid of courses is established to resolve current obstacles.
The service actions are:
• Analyze the main obstacles in Azure implementations
• Identification of solutions for obstacles and matching with ESI courses
• Analysis of levels and specialties of the technicians and adaptation of the selected courses to the levels of the technicians.
