Course content
The main study material is composed of several elements that complement each other:
- Official Microsoft material: Microsoft Learn training paths.
- Trainer presentations: Material provided by expert tutors that allows for a deeper understanding of the content of each topic.
- Recorded reinforcement classes: educational material in video format.
Official laboratories
Students have access to an official lab environment for 180 days. These hands-on labs provide practical experience using Microsoft technologies and tools.

Personalized consultations
The student will be in permanent contact with the tutor through:
- Weekly tutoring meetings: These are organized weekly in groups with other students, which also provides an exchange of ideas.
- Personalized appointments with the trainer: 30 minutes and chosen by the student.
Tasks according to Agenda
These are activities assigned with specific dates to be completed, following a previously established plan. They are generally part of a learning schedule or calendar.
Practices
Practical exercises that allow you to apply theoretical knowledge acquired during the training process. They are designed to reinforce skills and improve understanding of the content.

Students have access to a forum where instructors respond within 48 hours. The forums are an open space, organized by topic, where views and information on course content are discussed and exchanged.

GPT chat is available on the Nanfor virtual campus and allows students to receive quick, personalized responses , enhancing their learning experience and allowing them to dedicate more time to absorbing new knowledge and skills.

Smart Cert AI Nanfor is an exam preparation agent that is added as an additional component to all online certification courses . This agent is designed to help participants prepare for their certifications by providing access to specific resources and study materials.

Students will have updated exam questions available to help them pass their certification exams.
Assessments and Self-Assessments
Students must pass mandatory midterm and final assessments to measure their understanding of the material. During the training, students will encounter:

- Assessments: Formal activities that measure student performance and understanding of course content. They are typically graded by an instructor or automated system.
- Final evaluation: This is the final exam or test that covers all the course content and is used to comprehensively assess the student's learning and competency.
Certificate of Accreditation
Upon completion of a course, students receive a certificate validating their participation and achievements.
