Course Content
The courses contain specific study materials for the topic. This may include presentations, PDF documents, recorded video lessons, practical case studies, and links to additional and/or third-party resources.
Scheduled Assignments
These are activities with specific deadlines for completion, following a pre-established plan. They are generally part of a learning schedule or calendar.
Practical Exercises
Practical exercises allow students to apply theoretical knowledge acquired during the training process. They are designed to reinforce skills and improve understanding of the content.
Access to Nanfor's exclusive Knowledge Base
Allows students to consult a specialized knowledge base with exclusive resources that support learning and problem-solving.
Assignments and Discussion Forums
Assignments are activities that students must complete to demonstrate their understanding of the course material. These assignments may include practical exercises, summaries, participation in discussion forums, self-assessments, among other activities. Assignments are an important part of the learning process and help students apply and reinforce the knowledge acquired during the course.
Consultation Forums and Virtual Advisor
Students have access to a forum where instructors respond within 48 hours. These forums are an open space, organized by topic, where participants can discuss and exchange views and information about the course content.
Additionally, through our innovative Artificial Intelligence systems, students can search for any concept and receive immediate answers. ChatGPT is available on the Nanfor virtual campus and allows students to receive quick and personalized answers, which enhances their learning experience and enables them to dedicate more time to absorbing new knowledge and skills.
Nanfor's Smart Cert AI
Smart Cert AI Nanfor is an exam preparation agent that is included as an additional component in all virtual certification courses. This agent is designed to help participants prepare for their certifications by providing access to specific resources and study materials.

Assessments and Tests
Intermediate and final assessments must be successfully completed to measure understanding of the material. During the training, students will encounter:
- Self-assessments: Tools that allow students to evaluate their own progress, identifying strengths and areas for improvement without instructor intervention.
- Assessments: Formal activities that measure students' performance and understanding of course content. These are usually graded by an instructor or an automated system.
- Final evaluation: This is the definitive exam or test that covers all course content, used to comprehensively assess the student's learning and acquired competence.
Certificate of Completion
Upon course completion, students receive a certificate validating their participation and achievements.
Important note: For official ITIL® courses (managed by PeopleCert), the document issued is a Course Attendance Letter, in accordance with ITIL® and PeopleCert requirements. Official certification is obtained through the exam included in the course.
Training Support
