Course Description: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB)

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course focuses on providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the complementary domains of Lean and Six Sigma . It covers useful tools and techniques to improve the production process, reduce waste, and minimize defects in the final product with a greater focus on the practical implementation of these tools and techniques in the organization. Participants will definitely be able to utilize the knowledge gained in this course to lead various critical projects in their respective organizations.

The course includes an opportunity to obtain the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) Certification Exam. The sessions taught are theoretical and practical.

The course is taught in distance learning modality and face-to-face and remote training actions can also be carried out on demand .
