The LaaS – Learning as a Service model is designed to support you before, during and after your learning process, certification and professional development.

Throughout the year, various situations may arise: changes in pace, redefined objectives, or changes in role. LaaS is prepared to adapt to all of them!

On this page we explain the key moments of the LaaS participant journey and how Nanfor accompanies you at each one.

🧭 Training planning: starting with a clear direction

Typical situation: “I’m starting in LaaS and I don’t know exactly where to begin.”

At the start of the LaaS program, the participant can define a training itinerary aligned with their role, their professional objectives and the needs of the organization.

This planning allows:

  • Prioritize technologies, methodologies, or certifications.
  • Organize study time realistically.
  • Avoid disorganized or irrelevant routes.
  • Maximize the impact of learning from the very beginning.

The planning is flexible and can be adjusted throughout the year if the objectives or the professional context change.

📊 Progress tracking: you don't learn alone

Typical situation: “I’m making progress… is anyone following my progress?”

Throughout the entire LaaS journey, the team actively monitors the participant's progress , ensuring continuity and focus on the objectives.

The follow-up includes:

  • Periodic review of progress.
  • Validation of training milestones.
  • Early detection of blockages.
  • Communication with consultants and managers when necessary.
  • Traceability of progress for the organization.

This support ensures that learning translates into real results.

🎯 Pre-certification: arrive prepared for the exam

Typical situation: “I want to take the exam and make sure I’m ready.”

Pre-certification is a one-on-one session with an instructor and is part of the mandatory support of the LaaS model before taking an official exam.

This session will cover:

  • Review of the official exam syllabus.
  • Answering technical or practical questions.
  • Practice exam-type questions.
  • Personalized study recommendations.
  • Verification of exam requirements online (Pearson VUE) or at an authorized center.

After 3 months in the program, the team actively reminds students of the need to complete this session.

✅ Post-certification: support after the exam

Typical situation: “I already took the exam, now what?”

Post-certification is the follow-up that Nanfor carries out after the exam , whether the student passes or not.

In this phase, the following is validated:

  • Taking the exam.
  • Use of the voucher provided by Nanfor.
  • Result obtained.
  • Level of satisfaction with the training and support.

If the exam was not passed

The participant can access a post-certification session to:

  • Analyze errors.
  • Strengthen weak points.
  • Define a clear strategy for the second attempt.

The team maintains communication with consultants and managers to ensure the necessary support for the next step.

🔄 Talent Switch: Total flexibility in LaaS licenses

Typical situation: “The person assigned to the license cannot continue or has changed roles.”

Talent Switch ensures that no LaaS license is lost , even when circumstances within the organization change.

When does it apply?

  • The technical profile is not progressing.
  • The student no longer wishes to be certified.
  • Change your role or leave the project.
  • There is no other technician to inherit the license.

What does Talent Switch allow?

Reassign a LaaS Cert license during the contracted year:

  • To another professional in the organization.
  • Even to a non-technical profile.

Typical profiles

  • Quality
  • Business
  • PMO
  • Project management
