Create and manage canvas apps with Power Apps

• Introduction to Power Apps Canvas Apps: This module introduces the learner to Power Apps. It begins with an introductory video that briefly describes the “why” (Power Apps case) and the “what” of what users can do with Power Apps. The units then guide users through the “how,” building confidence in using Power Apps to interact with their data.
• Customizing a Canvas App in Power Apps: In this module, we will show students how to customize their app, a necessary skill to take advantage of the capabilities of Power Apps. This unit builds on the app produced in the first unit.
• Building the UI in a Canvas App in Power Apps: In this module, students will learn how to build a UI for their app, including themes, icons, images, customization, form factors, and controls. So far in their learning path, students have used basic controls with little to no customization. This unit shows how to make an app more personal and help it fit personal or branding requirements.
• Working with external data in a Power Apps canvas app Do you need to connect an app to access data? If yes, this is the module for you. You'll learn how to connect your app to a data source.
• Enter data into a Power Apps canvas app: Forms can be used to view, edit, and create records. This module shows how to use forms to enter data into your data source. Topics include form configuration, different form modes, and how to configure a submit button.
• Publish, Share, and Maintain a Canvas App: You've created your first app. Now it's time to publish, share, and maintain subsequent versions of your app.
• Guided Project Create and manage canvas apps with Power Apps: Create your own data model and canvas app to support a scenario for a fictional company. You are provided with high-level specifications on the custom tables, columns, and canvas apps required to complete this project.

Understanding of application development, writing formulas such as those in Excel, and creating, reading, updating, and deleting data is recommended.
