Course Description:MD-102: Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator

In this course, students will learn how to plan and execute an endpoint deployment strategy using contemporary deployment techniques and the implementation of upgrade strategies. The course introduces current management essentials, co-management approaches, and Microsoft Intune integration. It covers application deployment, browser-based application management, and key security concepts such as authentication, identities, access, and compliance policies. Technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint are explored to protect devices and data.

Audience profile

Microsoft 365 Endpoint Manager is responsible for deploying, configuring, securing, managing, and monitoring client devices and applications in a corporate setup. Responsibilities include identity, access, policy, updates, and application management. They work alongside the M365 enterprise administrator to develop and execute a device strategy that aligns with the requirements of a current organization. Microsoft 365 endpoint administrators must be familiar with M365 workloads and have extensive experience and skills in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows 11 and later, as well as non-Windows devices. His role emphasizes cloud services over on-premises management technologies.

Previous requirements
