Course Description: DP-603: Implementing Real Time Analytics with Microsoft Fabric
This course teaches the fundamentals of real-time analytics. It starts with the basics and shows how to use Microsoft Fabric to perform analytics, including setting up databases and tables, and using the Kusto Query Language (KQL) to analyze data. Students will gain hands-on experience with Synapse Real-Time Analytics , creating event sequences, and completing hands-on labs that involve working with data in a KQL database. The DP-603 course focuses on improving skills in transforming and moving data, as well as running queries with T-SQL and KQL in Microsoft Fabric, helping students gain the skills needed to gain real-time insights.
Beginner - Data Analyst - Data Engineer - Microsoft Fabric
Goals
In this course, the student will learn several ways to:
- Providing streaming data sources in Microsoft Fabric.
- Using Eventstream in real time on Microsoft Fabric.
- Query data in a KQL database in Microsoft Fabric.
- Create real-time dashboards in Microsoft Fabric.
Items in this collection
Introduction to real-time intelligence in Microsoft Fabric
Real-time data stream analysis is a critical capability for any modern data analytics solution. You can use Microsoft Fabric's real-time intelligence capabilities to ingest, query, and process data streams.
Using Real-Time Event Streams in Microsoft Fabric
This module is an introduction to Microsoft Fabric Eventstream in real-time intelligence (RTI).
Querying data in a KQL database in Microsoft Fabric
This tutorial provides a brief introduction to KQL (Kusto Query Language) queries using query sets and the main differences between KQL and T-SQL when using query sets.
Building Real-Time Dashboards with Microsoft Fabric
In this module, you will explore the easy-to-use real-time dashboard in Microsoft Fabric. This dashboard offers an auto-refresh feature for data, supports parameterization, and enables a multi-page dashboard experience without any programming. It also integrates with Copilot to manage underlying query sets. This creates a seamless and efficient user experience.
Getting started with Data Activator in Microsoft Fabric
Use Data Activator in Microsoft Fabric to easily monitor and take action on data.
Prerequisites
The student should be able to:
- Sign in to the Azure Portal
- Explain and create resource groups
- Understanding the concept of streaming data
Language
- Course: English / Spanish
