Frequently Asked Questions
- Digital book. When you book your exam at PeopleCert, you will be given a digital book , which is included with the purchase of the exam voucher. It is delivered when you register for the exam.
- Language. The exam and retake can be done in Spanish . The language is selected when you make the reservation.
- Double chance exam : If you fail the first attempt you have up to 6 months to take the second attempt.
- Cancel date. If you reserve a date and have to cancel, you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel and reserve another date.
