Frequently Asked Questions about the ITIL(r) V4 Official Exam
- Digital book. When you book your exam with PeopleCert , you will receive a digital book , which is included with your exam voucher purchase. You will receive it when you register for the exam.
- Language. The exam and retake can be taken in Spanish . The language is selected when you make the booking.
- Double chance exam : If you fail the first attempt, you have up to 6 months to make the second attempt.
- Cancel date. If you book a date and need to cancel, you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel and book another date.
