Course Description: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB)

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB™) course focuses on providing students with an understanding of the various Six Sigma and Lean tools and techniques useful in improving the production process and minimizing defects in the final product with a further focus on the practical implementation of these tool and techniques in the organization.

The course includes an opportunity to obtain the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) Certification Exam. The sessions taught are theoretical and practical.

The course is taught in distance learning modality and face-to-face and remote training actions can also be carried out on demand .
