Course description

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect is a trusted advisor who consults with organizations and members of the implementation team to refine business needs into a well-defined, cost-effective solution. The architect is responsible for the completeness and successful delivery of the entire solution design. The architect provides critical guidance and assistance prior to sale and throughout the remainder of the project life cycle. He has extensive knowledge and experience in designing solutions that meet business needs. The solution architect may have technical, functional, or industry expertise. The solution architect must demonstrate knowledge of all Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. They must have a deep understanding of Finance and Operations applications. In addition, they must have extensive knowledge of one or more vertical market segments. This course is designed to prepare aspiring solution architects and those new to this role to learn more about the technical data that solution architects will work with during implementation.
