Nanfor Launches its First Equality Plan 2024-2028

In a significant step towards promoting gender equality , Nanfor CEO Javier Lozano has announced the launch of the company’s first Equality Plan for the period 2024-2028. This plan is designed to foster equal opportunities between women and men within the company.

“At Nanfor, we are committed to promoting an inclusive and equitable work environment,” Lozano said during the presentation. “Over the next few years, we will implement a series of measures aimed at creating a more equal environment.”

Notable actions of the plan include:

  • Equality and Harassment Prevention Training: All employees will receive training on equality and the prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment.
  • Reconciliation Plan: Policies will be developed to facilitate the reconciliation of work and personal life.
  • Equal Selection and Promotion Policies: Selection and promotion processes will be implemented to ensure equal opportunities for all employees.
