Workshops successfully delivered for Microsoft partners - September

Nanfor Ibérica has successfully delivered five training actions to Microsoft partners . The courses and topics covered were the following:

Microsoft Azure Sentinel

- Workshop held on September 16 and 17, 2021 -

The objective of this training was to learn in depth the functionalities of Microsoft Azure Sentinel.

In the sessions the following points were analyzed:

• Configuring your Azure Sentinel environment
• Connect logs and data sources with Azure Sentinel
• Building queries with KQL (Kusto Query Language) for Azure Sentinel
• Create threat detections and analysis using Azure Sentinel
• Threat hunting with Azure Sentinel and using notebooks

Microsoft Dataverse and Power Apps

- Workshop held on September 16 and 17, 2021 -

The objective of this training is to gain an in-depth understanding of the Microsoft Dataverse data model, how to manage data from Power Platform, use virtual/native tables with Dataverse and Azure Logic Apps, as well as learn integration options between Dynamics 365 and the use of connectors. .

In the sessions the following points were analyzed:

• Canvas and Data Model Apps: Relationship to Dataverse
• Administration and Compliance with Power platform and Data
• Using virtual/native tables with Dataverse and Azure Logic Apps
• Integration between Dynamics 365 with Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse

Data connectors with Power Platform

Power Automate & RPA

- Workshop held on September 23 and 24, 2021 -

Microsoft Power Platform training focused on Power Automate and RPA functionalities.

In the sessions the following points were analyzed:

• Microsoft Dataverse Analysis
• Model-driven apps and Power Automate
• Types of flows, Build flows
• The process advisor
• RPA, Power Automate Desktop. I/O parameters, integration, RPA testing

Compliance Methodology with Microsoft 365

- Workshop held on September 23 and 24, 2021 -

This training was focused on enabling participants to be able to plan and implement an adequate Compliance policy, implementing the most appropriate rights and access reviews for organizations. In addition, Information Governance in Microsoft 365 as well as workload retention were analyzed.

In the sessions the following points were analyzed:

• Planning and implementation of a Governance strategy
• Implement rights management
• Planning, implementing and managing access reviews
• Top compliance actions with Microsoft 365
• Information governance in Microsoft 365
• Manage data retention with Microsoft 365 workloads

GitHub Tech Workshop

- Workshop held on September 28 and 29, 2021 -

This training covered how to build, manage, share and synchronize GitHub repositories. In addition, the tools offered by GitHub were analyzed in an eminently practical way.

• Working with repositories in GitHub Desktop
• Repository management on GitHub.com
• Using GitHub Pages
• Collaboration with repositories and SourceTree
