Roles (Owner, Champion, Agile Coach), artifacts (OKR sets, dashboards) and agile cadences (sprints, reviews).

Module 4 Organizational alignment and agile scaling

Integration of OKRs at corporate, team and product levels; governance and synchronization with PI Planning.

Module 5 Agile Tools, Metrics and Reporting

Templates, dashboards, impact metrics, and tracking systems in Scrum/Kanban environments.

Module 6 AI-powered OKRs in Agile

Automation of monitoring, predictive analysis, and assisted generation of objectives and key results.

Module 7 Adoption Strategies and Change Management

Implementation roadmap, agile culture, effective communication and resistance management.

Module 8 Practical cases and simulation in agile environments

Prerequisites

There is no formal requirement for this certification. However, it is preferable to complete the OKR Owner with AI Certified (OKROC) certification before applying for OKR with Agile certification. Additionally, attending an OKRAC classroom training course provided by a VMEdu® Authorized Training Partner (ATP) is strongly recommended.
