Frequently Asked Questions about the ITIL(r) V4 Official Exam
- Digital Book. When you book your exam with PeopleCert , you'll receive a digital book , which is included with your exam voucher purchase. You'll receive it when you register for the exam.
- Language. The exam and retake can be taken in Spanish . The language is selected when booking.
- Double chance exam : If you fail the first attempt, you have up to 6 months to take the second attempt.
- Cancel a date. If you reserve a date and need to cancel, you have at least 48 hours to cancel and reschedule.
