MCT Course: Train the Trainer with ISCP Certification

Become a true MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer)!

In ICT, it is possible to find highly skilled technical professionals whose communication skills and knowledge transfer abilities are not the most suitable for facilitating learning. Due to this problem, which Nanfor has faced since 1988, it has developed ICT-focused trainer training courses. This is because traditional trainer courses often lack the ICT component, not only in terms of the content to be presented but also considering the type of person who will take the course, their concerns, psychology, and ultimate training objectives. There are many trainer training courses on the market that are not led by experts in ICT knowledge transmission. Aspects of how to interact with simulations and practices using advanced laboratories must be explained by technicians, not solely by psychologists or pedagogues. Our program integrates the experiences and knowledge of professional pedagogues with highly skilled ICT trainers who consistently achieve evaluations of 4.5 out of 5 for their advanced courses. "Docendo discimus - Teaching we learn" Seneca.

The course is oriented to the needs of the student, verifying, according to our methodology, that the instructor's delivery directly impacts the student's role.

Prerequisites

The participant must initially have a minimum of one year of experience as a trainer in group or individual training activities and describe their previous experience in these knowledge transfer activities.
