Cybersecurity Advisory Service (Basic)

The main objective of this service is to provide you with a basic cybersecurity plan adapted to the specific needs of your SME.

Also, to carry out an adapted use case. The aim is to apply the basic documentation of your Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 and ENS (medium-high category).

Activities

Nanfor will be in charge of carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct development of your basic cybersecurity plan. The service provided will allow you to:

  • Understand the current risk situation of your SME, identifying the most valuable assets and data for your business.
  • Ensure the continuity of your SME in the event of potential security incidents, minimising the risk of business interruptions.
  • Develop and provide a detailed response plan for security breaches, defining specific protocols and actions in the event of a cyberattack.
  • Define and establish, together with you, a personalized cybersecurity strategy in the short and medium term.
  • Comply with regulations and security standards related to data protection and information security.
  • Prepare the basic documentation for the implementation of an ISMS (ISO27001 and medium-high ENS) for a core service offered to clients or public administrations.
  • Develop and execute a use case tailored to your SME using appropriate techniques in the area of cybersecurity.
    Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of cybersecurity.

    Regulatory Bases

    Application form

    Starting June 18, you can apply for the Kit Consulting program .

    Requirements

    1. Domicile: Have tax domicile in a country of the European Union.
    2. Business Volume: The net volume of the turnover of the last fiscal year closed prior to the date of the application for membership equal to or greater than 100,000 euros, or that the average of the net volume of the turnover of the last three fiscal years closed since the date of the application for membership is greater than 100,000 euros.
    3. IAE: Be registered or register in one of these sections of the Economic Activities Tax (IAE): For Companies: Group 84 (844, 845, 846, 847 and 849), Group 76 - For professional activities: Group 76 and 79

    4. Obligations: Be up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations.

    5. Company: Have the status of a company and not be a beneficiary of these aids 

    Stages of the program

    1. It can be requested from 18-06-24 at 11:00 a.m. until 31-12-24 at 11:00 a.m.
    2. Review of the application by Red.es
    3. Concession
    4. Select advisor and services (1st agreement within 3 months from the grant)
    5. Presentation of the service (3 month period from signing the agreement) Invoice is issued
    6. Payment of VAT by the Beneficiary
    7. Justification (max. 5 months from the signing of the agreement)

    ATTENTION

    They may not be beneficiaries if:

    • You have requested another aid that covers the same cost
    • You have applied for any of the following grants: PADIH, Change Agents Program, Activate Industry 4.0, Activate Cybersecurity, Activate Growth

    Justification

    • Invoice issuance at the end of the 3 months of service
    • Maximum justification period 5 months from the end of the agreement
    • Using AI in reviewing justifications
    • VAT payment after issuing the three-month invoice
    • Chambers of Commerce will review the justification process
    • Once the justification has been validated, Red.es will make the payment.
