In an effort to humanize relationships and generate empathy in the business world, Nanfor and the prestigious group of VP hotels , have launched an initiative of in-person training for managers. This initiative not only seeks save a minimum of 10 hours by using Microsoft Copilot 365 , but also teach diverse culinary skills.
The training, provided by Nanfor professionals and prestigious chefs from one of the most prestigious hotel chains in Madrid, culminates with practical cooking sessions. These sessions, called “ Smart Cooking WOW with Microsoft 365 Copilot” , allow managers to apply the skills acquired in a relaxed and collaborative environment.
With these actions, Microsoft and its collaborators are shaping a future where efficiency and empathy intertwine , creating a more humane and productive work environment.
