Course Description: Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC™)

Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC™) is the next step for Scrum professionals to further demonstrate their expertise in the Scrum methodology. This will test their ability to manage complex Scrum projects and scale Scrum on complex projects involving large project teams, programs, and portfolios.

Participants will receive the SCRUMstudy "Expert Scrum Master Certified" certificate upon successfully passing the exam.

The objective of the ESMC course is:

• Familiarize students with the concepts, advantages and challenges of the Scrum methodology.
• To equip students with the knowledge required to perform the role of Scrum Master in their organizations and help their organizations adopt the Scrum methodology. Additionally, develop an understanding of the other roles in Scrum.
• Provide students with knowledge related to and able to anticipate issues related to the practical implementation of Scrum.
• Provide students with the right tools to address, solve, and take initiative on Scrum problems in their organizations.
• Preparing students for the ESMC™ exam

The course includes the opportunity to obtain the Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC™) Certification Exam. The sessions taught are theoretical and practical.

The course is taught in distance learning modality and face-to-face and remote training actions can also be carried out on demand .
