This course is designed to build upon your knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management application. It will cover the most important features and functionality required by the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management functional consultant , including product information and how to configure, create, and manage product and inventory. Supply chain management setup and processing. Transportation management and warehousing management features. Quality management and quality control capabilities. Master planning setup and processing. This course includes lectures and several hands-on exercises. The exercises will be presented in the form of a case study intended for a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management functional consultant. Each exercise will be based on a business scenario followed by a question or discussion, and then a step-by-step guide to performing the steps related to the system.

This course is designed for the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant. The Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant is a key resource who designs and configures applications to meet a customer's requirements. The Functional Consultant analyzes business requirements and translates them into fully-functioning business processes and solutions that implement industry best practices. The Functional Consultant specializes in one or more of the following Dynamics feature sets: Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management.
