This course is delivered in an online format and consists of conceptual units, practical exercises, and a final project. The duration of the course is distributed between the content and collaboration tools. Upon completion, the student will receive an accredited diploma.

The training takes place through our Virtual Campus. With this modality, you will have all the didactic content on the course platform, accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the week, from the course start date. Students will also have access to participation forums, as well as continuous tutoring.

Introduction

The Workspot Administration and Deployment course offers a practical and comprehensive overview of how to plan, implement, and operate Workspot environments in the cloud or in hybrid infrastructures. Participants will learn to manage modern deployments based on Workspot Enterprise Browser, Workspot Cloud Desktop, and App Server Deployment, understanding the differences between automated implementations using Terraform or manual configurations.

Throughout the course, the complete deployment cycle will be covered:

• Preparation of the Landing Zone in the cloud or on-premises.
  
• Configuration of the Workspot Control Subscription and the tenant.
  
• Integration with cloud providers such as Azure, GCP, Amazon WorkSpaces Core, Nutanix, or VMware/vSphere.
  
• Creation of desktop templates, connectors, managed gateways, and desktop pools.
  
• Use of administration tools to ensure optimal performance, secure access, and scalability of the environment.

This course is designed for professionals who need to master the Workspot infrastructure, from initial concepts to setting up a production environment.

Prerequisites

Although the course is aimed at technical profiles of various levels, it is recommended that participants have:

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and virtualization.
  
• Familiarity with cloud environment concepts (Azure, GCP, AWS, or similar).
  
• General experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration, as
• Workspot requires integration through Enterprise Connector and services such as RD Gateway.
