Workspot Administration and Deployment Course
This course is taught in online format and consists of conceptual units, practical units and final project. The duration of the course is distributes between the content and the collaboration tools. Upon completion, the student will receive a certificate of completion.
The training is conducted through our Virtual Campus, With this option, you will have access to all the course content on the platform, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the first day of the course. Students will also have access to participation forums , as well as a continuous tutoring .

Introduction
The Workspot Administration and Deployment course offers a comprehensive, practical overview of how to plan, implement, and operate Workspot environments in the cloud or on hybrid infrastructures. Participants will learn to manage modern deployments based on Workspot Enterprise Browser, Workspot Cloud Desktop, and App Server Deployment, understanding the differences between automated deployments using Terraform and manual configurations.
The complete deployment cycle will be covered throughout the course:
- Preparing the Landing Zone in the cloud or locally.
- Workspot Control Subscription and tenant configuration.
- Integration with cloud providers such as Azure, GCP, Amazon WorkSpaces Core, Nutanix, or VMware/vSphere.
- Creation of desktop templates, connectors, managed gateways, and desktop pools.
- Use of management tools to ensure optimal performance, secure access, and scalability of the environment.
This course is designed for professionals who need to master the Workspot infrastructure, from initial concepts to setting up a production environment.

Prerequisites
Although the course is geared towards technical profiles of varying levels, it is recommended that the participant have:

- General experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration, since
- Workspot requires integration via Enterprise Connector and services such as RD Gateway.
